Diploma in Culinary Arts



Overview:

This certificate course is designed for those who wish to gain a profound knowledge and specialization in culinary in 3 major cuisines i.e Indian, Oriental and Continental in a span of 45 days which includes 3 hours theory and practical session every day. There will be 3 batches every day so students can opt for their convenient timings.

Shedule as Follows:-

Third Batch 18:00 hrs to 21:00 hrs


Yearly sessions start up as follows:-  Jan, March, May, July, Sept, Nov


After successful completion of 45 days course the candidates will have to undergo a certification examination to be conducted by CFSC and minimum 0f 50% marks is mandatory or re- examination will be conducted on failing the required marks. Failing on second time will bring the candidate the final make up test which he will be able to appear with the next batch. The candidate will lose the employment opportunity in case he fails for the final round of test.
